The role sits at the heart of Families First and requires safeguarding expertise, relational practice, and strong leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Has strong experience working with children and families.
• Demonstrates excellent practice knowledge and leadership potential.
• Passionate about developing others and improving practice.
• Understands safeguarding, risk and multi-agency working.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of cases and guide Family Help Lead Practitioners.
• Lead on practice quality, performance and decision-making.
• Champion reflective supervision and staff development.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver a whole-family response.
• Model excellent direct practice and support complex case work.
