The role supports housing income, independence, and personal development in a trauma-informed environment, with 24/7 staff coverage and a seven-day rolling rota including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing or supported accommodation, ideally supporting young people with multiple and complex needs.
• Good knowledge of housing legislation, safeguarding procedures, and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Coach young people to articulate aspirations and work toward independent living.
• Support residents to understand occupancy agreements and house rules as part of preparing for independent living.
• Maintain safeguarding and Trauma-Informed Practice, observe boundaries, and record progress in client records.
