Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Youth Support role focused on delivering high-quality assistance to young people in supported housing. You will own a caseload, develop individual support plans, and coordinate with external agencies to ensure safeguarding and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support role, ideally with young people.
• Experience managing customer caseloads, support plans, risk assessments and safeguarding concerns.
• Strong IT and administrative skills, including accurate record keeping and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of young people and deliver individual support planning.
• Maintain accurate records and update support plans in line with policies.
• Coordinate with external agencies to deliver holistic services and safeguarding.
• Attend multi-agency meetings to provide progress updates.
