Job summary

Homes Plus is seeking a Homeless Support Worker to join our Supported Housing Team in a fixed-term role until 31 March 2027. You will handle a caseload of young people, delivering tailored support, safety planning and practical guidance to enable independent living.

• Experience in a support role with young people is desirable.
• Ability to manage a caseload and develop support plans.
• Safeguarding knowledge and incident reporting.
