Job summary

Your Housing Group is hiring a part-time Housekeeper at Lock 20, a supported accommodation scheme in Wigan. The role focuses on keeping communal areas spotless and supporting a safe, welcoming environment for young adults aged 16-25.

You will clean offices, training rooms, lounges and kitchens, ensuring high hygiene standards and attention to detail. The schedule is 20 hours per week, Mon-Fri 2pm-6pm, with pro-rated annual leave and pension benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and reliable cleaning service to communal areas.
• Complete general cleaning tasks in a busy scheme.
• Clean offices, training rooms, communal lounge, training kitchen and laundry.
• Hoovering, mopping, dusting, windows cleaning.
• Assist with turnover of meeting rooms for external partners.
• Ensure high standards for customers' flats before move-in; clean void properties.
• Work in a new facility as part of the Lock 20 team to maintain a safe, clean environment.
