Qualifications

• Must be able to work alone and manage complex behaviours responsibly.
• Commitment to safeguarding and DBS checks required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with young people.

Responsibilities

• Provide supported accommodation for young people aged 16–24 in Somerset.
• Build positive, professional relationships to support independence and personal development.
• Model and teach positive behaviours to help young people move towards greater independence.
