NSNP is seeking a Youth & Family Services Manager to oversee enrollment, attendance, and data entry for OST/OCF programs. The role emphasizes social-emotional support, family engagement, and effective communication with parents.

On-site responsibility is required; duties include site leadership, parent orientation, field trip logistics, and ensuring compliant records. Collaboration with the Youth Program Director is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or human services; 1 year of experience with children; OR

Aufgaben

• Serve as Site Director for OST contract and liaison with OCF/PHMC.
• Promote and provide information on youth programs to youth and parents.
• Plan and facilitate parent orientation and field trips; manage communications with partners.
• Oversee enrollment, attendance, and data entry in CitySpan; ensure files are complete.

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in human services/education
