Freedom Care Group is seeking creative, energetic youth workers to support young people across the United Kingdom. You will engage, build relationships and promote well-being through engaging activities and supervised outings.

Outside activities may include nature walks, beach visits, and visits to animal sanctuaries. Ideal candidates come from youth work or child social care backgrounds, with experience in mental health or related areas such as eating disorders or self-harm.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates would come from a background of youth work and child social care.
• Experience in Mental Health, eating disorders, self-harm and absconding.

Responsibilities

• Engage with young people and support their well-being.
• Build positive relationships and help improve communication.
• Lead enjoyable activities shaped to each young person’s interests.
• Assist in guiding thoughts and feelings toward better future choices.
