Seetec in the United Kingdom is seeking an inspirational Team Leader to coach and develop a team of Youth Employment Advisors, guiding young people aged 18-24 toward sustainable employment. You will drive performance, oversee participant journeys and safeguarding standards while supporting the Business Manager to deliver high-quality service.

This permanent, full-time role is based in Dorset/Hampshire with 37 hours per week, paying £34,000 per annum depending on experience and offering benefits

Qualificações

• Experience leading teams to achieve targets.
• Experience in employability or youth services is preferred.
• Commitment to safeguarding and quality standards.
• Knowledge of the local labour market is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, inspire and coach a team of Youth Employment Advisors to achieve targets and deliver an exceptional participant experience.
• Oversee caseloads and participant journeys, using performance data to identify risks and opportunities for intervention.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, personalised support including assessments and action plans.
• Support young people to build confidence, independence and workplace readiness.
• Work closely with employers and partners to secure employment opportunities and successful job matches.
• Drive sustained employment outcomes through in-work support and early intervention when needed.
• Maintain safeguarding, records and management information to a high standard.
• Champion continuous improvement through coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and support the Business Manager in delivering programme objectives.
