Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking an inspirational Team Leader to lead a team of Youth Employment Advisors supporting 18-24 year olds, delivering the Youth Job Guarantee programme in Somerset/Banes.

You will coach, monitor performance, use data to improve outcomes, ensure safeguarding, and work with employers to create opportunities. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, with a salary of £34,000 per annum and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Experience in a target-driven environment and meeting quality/contractual standards.
• Knowledge of local labour markets and employability opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and coach a team of Youth Employment Advisors to achieve targets.
• Oversee participant journeys and use performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality, personalised support including assessments and action plans.
