Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd in Somerset is seeking an inspirational Team Leader to guide a team of Youth Employment Advisors. You will coach, motivate and manage performance to deliver high-quality safeguarding and participant experience, ensuring strong journey outcomes across the Youth Job Guarantee. Location: Somerset/Banes.

37 hours per week, permanent contract. Responsibilities include using data to drive improvements, partnering with employers, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Youth Employment team.
• Proven ability to manage performance against targets.
• Experience using data to improve outcomes and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and coach a team of Youth Employment Advisors to meet performance targets.
• Oversee caseloads and participant journeys, using data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality, personalised support including assessments, action plans and coaching.
• Support young people to build confidence and workplace readiness.
• Collaborate with employers and partners to secure job opportunities.
• Drive employment outcomes through in-work support and early interventions.
• Maintain accurate participant records and comply with safeguarding.
• Champion continuous improvement through coaching and feedback.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to achieve programme objectives.
