Job summary

Seetec Group is seeking an inspirational Team Leader to guide a Youth Employment Advisors team, helping 18-24-year-olds overcome barriers and secure sustainable work. You will coach the team, manage participant journeys and use data to improve outcomes, with safeguarding at the forefront.

Location: Wiltshire. Hours: 37 per week. Contract: Permanent. Salary: £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with benefits and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing teams with coaching responsibility.
• Experience in target-driven services with quality/contract standards.
• Knowledge of the local labour market and employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and coach a team of Youth Employment Advisors to achieve performance targets and deliver an exceptional participant experience.
• Oversee caseloads and participant journeys, using performance data to identify risks, barriers and intervention opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality, personalised support including assessments, action plans and employability coaching.
• Support young people to build confidence, independence and workplace readiness for sustainable employment.
• Work with employers and partners to secure job opportunities and successful matches.
• Drive employment outcomes through in-work support and early intervention.
• Maintain accurate participant records and management information.
• Promote safeguarding and participant welfare and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Champion continuous improvement through coaching and feedback.
• Build stakeholder relationships and support programme objectives.
