Job summary

Fedcap UK is seeking a Job Broker – Employer Engagement to build relationships with local employers across Sussex, from Brighton to Chichester, and to generate vacancies, work placements and apprenticeships.

You will support participants throughout recruitment, match them to opportunities, and assist with onboarding and workplace adjustments, helping employers realise lasting benefits. This is a full-time, permanent, home-based role with regular travel across Sussex.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or employer engagement.
• Ability to build relationships with local employers.
• Passion for helping people succeed and improving outcomes.
