Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or employer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local employers across sectors across East Sussex.
• Generate quality vacancies, placements, apprenticeships and other opportunities.
• Understand employer recruitment needs and culture to match opportunities.
• Develop a pipeline of vacancies and align participants to suitable roles.
• Provide job search support, CVs and interview prep and onboarding arrangements.
• Offer in-work support to help participants settle and sustain employment.
