Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking an Employability Trainer to support young people on the Youth Jobs Guarantee across Wiltshire & Swindon.

You will deliver employability and work preparation training through a mix of bite-sized sessions, group workshops, online delivery and 1:1 coaching. With experience in training, coaching or teaching, you will tailor content to individual needs, assess progress and help participants progress into real vacancies.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering employability or work-prep training to young people or adults.
• Ability to deliver learning sessions face-to-face and online.
• Strong facilitation, communication and motivational skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and compliance requirements.
• Relevant teaching/training qualification required.
• Willingness to travel across the delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver employability and work preparation training in flexible formats.
• Assess participant needs and tailor content accordingly.
• Support progression into live vacancies and sectors.
• Develop and improve micro-learning sessions and materials.
• Plan delivery schedule and monitor engagement and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records per Youth Jobs Guarantee.
