Zusammenfassung

Seetec is hiring an Employability Trainer to deliver high quality employability and work preparation support on the Youth Jobs Guarantee programme across Dorset and Hampshire.

You will run bite-sized workshops, group sessions, online training and one-to-one support, helping young people develop CVs, interview skills and job search techniques. The role requires flexibility, strong facilitation, and travel across the delivery area.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering employability, work preparation or personal development training to diverse groups.
• Ability to adapt sessions for online and in-person delivery and micro-learning.
• Strong facilitation and motivational skills for varied learning styles.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and digital learning platforms.
• Willingness to travel across the delivery area as required.

Aufgaben

• Deliver employability and work preparation training through multiple formats, including micro-sessions and group workshops.
• Assess participant needs and tailor content for inclusivity and accessibility.
• Provide practical job-readiness training: CVs, applications, interviews, confidence building.
• Collaborate with Youth Employment Advisors to match progression into vacancies.
• Develop and improve training materials based on feedback and delivery insights.
• Plan and manage a delivery schedule with high participant engagement and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of training delivery and outcomes.
• Ensure delivery is compliant with safeguarding, data protection and health & safety policies.
