Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Greater Manchester is recruiting multiple Band 6 Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHP) to join the Mental Health Support Team (MHST) across HMR, Bury, Tameside and Stockport. The role delivers evidence-based CBT interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health problems in education settings.

Applicants must have completed the 1-year EMHP PGCert and be registered with BABCP or BPS; trainee EMHPs due to finish in Jan 2027

Qualifikationen

• Must have completed the 1-year Post Graduate Certificate Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) course.
• Registration as EMHP with BABCP or BPS before interview.
• Experience delivering low-intensity CBT to children and young people.

Aufgaben

• Deliver evidence-based CBT interventions for children and young people in educational settings.
• Provide low-intensity CBT and support self-management for mild to moderate difficulties.
• Help develop and deliver the MHST across multiple boroughs.
