Job summary

West Bromwich Albion FC is seeking a Youth Development Phase Coach to join the Academy Coaching department and deliver the 13-16 Coaching programme alongside the Lead Youth Development Phase coach, Academy Manager and Head of Coaching.

This is a full-time role requiring evenings, weekends and bank holidays as dictated by business needs, with a holistic focus on developing 13-16 year-olds towards the Professional Development pathway.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 13-16 Coaching programme as part of the Academy Coaching department.
• Collaborate with the Lead Youth Development Phase coach, Academy Manager and Head of Coaching.
• Take a holistic approach to improve the development of 13-16-year-old players to progress them into the Professional Development programme.
• Link with coaching staff to deliver the programme and individual players learning outcomes.
