Job summary

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a part-time CBT/psychological therapist for the TIDES service in Norwich. The role covers a 12-month secondment with flexible expectations to work across Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Kings Lynn and home-based settings.

The post focuses on delivering evidence-based psychological interventions for youths aged 14-35 at risk of psychosis, with supervision and collaboration across a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Health or social care professional qualification required (e.g., RMN, Dip OT, Clinical Psychology, SW Diploma)
• Postgraduate diploma in CBT or CAT or equivalent is needed
• Experience in delivering CBT/CAT and related therapies is essential
• Accreditation with BABCP/ACAT/HCPC or equivalent is desirable

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions for young people at risk of psychosis
• Provide supervision and consultancy within the team and to network colleagues
• Contribute to regular MDT meetings and CPA reviews
• Offer psychoeducational work, individual CBT, and family therapy as part of a holistic approach
