Job summary

NSFT’s Therapeutic Interventions for Distressing unusual Experiences Service (TIDES) invites applications for a part-time psychological therapist to cover a 12-month secondment in Norwich. The role allows flexible working between Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Kings Lynn and home, with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Qualified CBT or psychological therapist with NHS/mental health experience.
• Experience working with young people (adolescents and young adults).
• Ability to provide supervision and consultancy within a MDT setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions to young people aged 14–35 at risk of psychosis.
• Provide supervision and consultancy to other mental health professionals within the team.
• Work with the multidisciplinary team to provide psychological containment and support.
• Attend MDT meetings and CPA reviews and contribute to service development.
