You will provide evidence-based psychological interventions, contribute to wellbeing and resilience services for staff, and help embed formulations and psychosocial approaches in everyday care.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological interventions to patients using evidence-based techniques.
• Support staff wellbeing and resilience through the Employee Psychology Service.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team and demonstrate clinical leadership to embed formulations and psychosocial approaches.
