Job summary

Oasis Trust in Manchester is seeking staff to support parents and carers identified as 'at risk', providing guidance and linking to services. The role involves training delivery, group facilitation, and helping shape outreach projects for community impact.

You will be trained in NVR and other parenting approaches, delivering the Encounter Parenting Training both online and in-person, with flexible working arrangements and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience or qualification in Youth & Community work or SEND.
• Proven experience working with young people 'at risk'.
• Reliable with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Support parents and carers identifying their child as 'at risk' with advice, guidance and links to services.
• Help parents and carers develop projects raising awareness and peer support.
• Be trained in Non-Violent Resistance and other parenting approaches.
• Deliver Encounter Parenting Training online and in-person to groups.
• Shape PAC project using feedback to ensure impact and relevance.
