Kisharon Langdon Brady is seeking a Sessional Worker (bank) to join our diverse team and support members aged 5-15 in participating in recreational activities. This zero-hours role offers a friendly, safe and sociable environment and requires reliability and empathy.

You will help deliver engaging group activities, support members to gain confidence and independence, work 1:1 where needed, and perform organisational tasks to keep Kisharon Langdon Brady running smoothly.

Competenze

• GCSE Maths & English at grade A-C.
• Passion for supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.
• Outgoing, positive and empathetic personality with clear communication.

Mansioni

• Deliver engaging group activities to young people with additional needs.
