Job summary

Kisharon Langdon invites applications for Youth Services Manager in North West London. The role leads Brady Club for Jewish young people aged 5 to 25 with learning disabilities and autism, delivering a strength-based activity programme and co-producing experiences with participants.

You will oversee weekly sessions and holiday schemes, manage budgets and staff, and develop future provision while working evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Youth Service/Education roles; budget management and staff leadership.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kisharon Langdon Brady Youth provision, overseeing weekly sessions and holiday schemes.
• Empower young people and co-produce experiences and Jewish cultural activities.
• Develop future ambitions and operate youth programmes while leading staff and budgets.
