You will work with our team to provide practical and emotional support to residents, helping them navigate challenges and access opportunities that support their personal development and future aspirations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people or within a supported housing, care, education or community setting.
• Understanding of safeguarding and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Committed to empowering young people to develop skills and independence.

Responsabilités

• Provide practical and emotional support, and signpost around housing, budgeting and independent living skills.
• Support residents with education, training and employment opportunities and health and wellbeing.
• Contribute to day-to-day running of the service, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Build positive relationships and supportive connections with residents.
