Job summary

Sysco GB is seeking a Field Sales Consultant for Your Way, home/field based in the Central Sheffield Castlegate area. You will own a 1-square-mile neighbourhood, win new business and deepen relationships with local accounts to drive profitable growth.

You’ll work face-to-face, manage onboarding and use Salesforce to track activity, with a competitive base salary, strong bonuses, and a company car or car allowance as part of a flexible, home-based contract.

Field Sales Consultant - Your Way - Home/Field Based - Central Sheffield Castlegate

Up to £36,900 withfantastic bonuses, company car or car allowance & home-based contract &excellent company benefits - OTE up to 30% of salary per quarter.

We are expanding! and have several opportunities spanning across the Central London remit.

As a Your Way Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for winning and maximising business in your veryown dedicatedneighbourhood of just one square mile.

You'll solely be responsible for the success of your own local neighbourhood by researching your target audience and opportunities in your neighbourhood. You will build and leverage strong customer relationships with your local neighbourhood and community by constant selling, face to face meetings and understanding the customer needs. You will onboard new customers effectively and successfully whilst ensuring close working relationships with existing accounts and tracking activity using salesforce. You'll work closely with your distribution partner/driver for your neighbourhood to create a strong team for the community, whilst delivering profitable volume growth and hitting targets. You will monitor competitor market activity and proposition to ensure we are offering our customers the best solutions and insight.

We are looking for someone to win new business but also maximise sales through our existing customers. It would be great if you came from a Field Sales/ Account Management background and be commercially astute, technically proficient in excel and have experience building and maintaining relationships.Not to mention, you must have a passion for sales!
