The Women’s and Girls Together Project is an inspiring initiative in Pembrokeshire, designed to support vulnerable females aged 11 to 21 who may be at risk of exploitation, violence, grooming, or engaging in risk‑taking behaviours.
At its heart, the service is dedicated to putting children and young people first, working hand‑in‑hand with multi‑disciplinary teams across the county, including Health and Social Services, to provide a truly holistic approach.
Support is delivered in a variety of ways—through group sessions, one‑to‑one guidance, and peer mentoring—creating a safe, empowering environment where young women can build resilience, find their voice, and thrive.
We are looking for a motivated Young Person's Practitioner who is committed to delivering these sessions across Pembrokeshire.

At Action for Children, we’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and able to thrive. We know that racism and discrimination create barriers, and we’re taking active steps to challenge these inequalities in our organization and in the communities we serve.
We strongly welcome applications from people who are Black, Asian, or from other racialised and ethnically marginalised communities, as well as disabled people, who are currently under‑represented in our workforce. We are committed to removing barriers in our recruitment processes and ensuring fair access to opportunities.
We also encourage applications from men, who are under‑represented in our Children’s Services roles. We recognise…
