This is a permanent position, on what is called a temp to perm – a very quick start, beginning as a temp and then transferring onto a permanent contract after 12 weeks.
Must have experience supporting young people in a residential setting for at least 1 full year

The shifts are 24-hour sleep-over shifts, with a pattern of 1 on 2 off.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £30K plus a £50 weekly bonus.

It is essential that you have experience working in similar settings and preferably have completed NVQ3 in Children & Young People Workforce or a similar qualification.
