Job summary

With You is seeking a Young Person's Worker for the West Kent area. The role involves one-to-one work with 10–18-year-olds, delivering harm-reduction interventions for drugs and alcohol, including ketamine and cannabis.

You will work with complex cases, collaborate with families and external agencies, and manage a caseload in community settings. The role offers structured training and development, mileage allowance, and a fixed-term contract until January 2029, with a salary from £26,250 to

Qualifications

  • Experience in Health & Social Care or Criminal Justice with vocational placement.
  • Experience working with young people.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one work with young people aged 10–18 delivering harm-reduction interventions for drugs and alcohol.
  • Manage a caseload and conduct sessions in the community (school/home/other venues).
  • Coordinate with external services and families to achieve best outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with policies and procedures.
