Job summary

Tokko Youth Hub in Luton is seeking a dedicated Young Parents Co-ordinator to support young parents across a range of needs. This full-time role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, planning parenting courses, and advocating in meetings.

You will build partnerships with local services, maintain confidential records, and contribute to reports while supporting the child development. DBS checks apply and we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people, especially young parents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of the challenges young parents face.
• Organised, detail-focused, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Work with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen support for young parents.
• Inform assessments and respond to individual needs.
• Build partnerships with local agencies and services.
• Support young parents with their child's development.
• Plan and deliver parenting courses and group activities.
• Advocate for young parents in meetings and reviews.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and contribute to reports.
