Manchester Diocesan Board of Finance is seeking a Developing Young Leaders Pioneer to empower young people aged 15–18. The role focuses on launching a new annual conference, connecting young leaders across the diocese, and creating resources for churches and schools.

The position is full-time, hybrid, based at St John’s House in Bury, with a fixed-term contract initially to 31 December 2029 (extension possible to 31 December 2033 subject to funding).

• Launch and lead a new annual conference and year-long opportunity for young leaders aged 15–18.
• Connect young leaders across the diocese and develop resources for churches and schools.
• Open up exciting new pathways into leadership in collaboration with colleagues.
