Job summary

The Ely Diocesan Board of Finance (Diocese of Ely) is seeking a Growing Younger Hub Partner to support the Growing Younger Mission Project, A Place to Grow, by working with Hub Churches and local contexts to prioritise children and young people.

This is a full-time, fixed-term 2-year contract based in Ely with travel across the Diocese. You will journey with churches, coach volunteers and leaders, and help develop sustainable ministry for under-18s while upholding safeguarding and church culture.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading and growing ministry with under-18s.
• Ability to inspire, coach and develop volunteers and local leaders.
• Commitment to safeguarding and healthy church culture.

Responsibilities

• Support Hub Church to develop sustainable ministry for children and young people.
• Journey with and provide targeted support to the Hub Church, volunteers and local leaders.
• Collaborate with multiple contexts to prioritise children and young people in ministry.
