Job summary

Willmott Dixon in Yorkshire is seeking a Senior Social Value Manager to lead our social value across West and South Yorkshire and the wider region. You will build strong customer relationships and translate priorities into measurable social value plans across multiple construction projects.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-focused social value initiatives.
• Experience leading, coaching or developing others.
• Experience translating customer priorities into measurable commitments.
• Experience measuring and reporting social value outcomes.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience working in construction or related industry.
• Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead social value delivery across our Yorkshire business.
• Line manage and develop the Yorkshire Social Value team.
• Engage with customers to understand priorities and identify opportunities.
• Develop and implement customer-focused social value plans with measurable outcomes.
• Monitor performance, capture data and produce reports for customers.
• Support bids and pre-construction activities with social value input.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Develop opportunities for local employment and apprenticeships.
• Share best practice with wider sustainability and social value teams.
