Job summary

You will work closely with customers to translate priorities into measurable plans and outcomes, guiding the Yorkshire Social Value team and ensuring strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead social value delivery across our Yorkshire business and major projects.
• Line manage and develop the Yorkshire Social Value team.
• Engage with customers to understand priorities and identify opportunities to add value.
• Develop, implement and quality assure customer-focused social value plans.
• Monitor performance, capture data and produce high-quality reports.
• Support major bids and pre-construction activities with social value proposals.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants and suppliers to embed commitments.
• Develop opportunities for local employment and work experience.
