Willmott Dixon is seeking a Senior Social Value Manager to lead social value across our Yorkshire business, working with customers to translate priorities into measurable plans and outcomes. You will oversee a team and drive delivery, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders across West and South Yorkshire.

You'll influence projects, manage commitments, and support bids while promoting continuous improvement and best practices within our sustainability teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-focused social value initiatives.
• Experience leading or developing others and coaching teams.
• Experience translating customer priorities into measurable social value commitments.
• Experience measuring and reporting social value outcomes across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead social value delivery across our Yorkshire business including major projects.
• Line manage and develop the Yorkshire Social Value team.
• Engage with customers to understand priorities and identify value opportunities.
