Job summary

Willmott Dixon is seeking a Senior Social Value Manager to lead social value across our Yorkshire business and drive delivery on major projects. You will work with customers, project teams and the wider Stakeholders to translate priorities into meaningful, measurable outcomes.

As a line manager, you’ll develop the Yorkshire Social Value team, engage stakeholders, and oversee reporting across platforms, including Power BI, ensuring data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering customer-focused social value initiatives.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing others.
• Experience translating customer priorities into meaningful commitments.
• Experience measuring, analysing and reporting social value outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead social value delivery across our Yorkshire business on key projects.
• Line manage and develop the Yorkshire Social Value team.
• Engage with customers to understand priorities and identify opportunities to add value.
• Develop, implement and assure quality social value plans and outcomes.
• Monitor performance and produce high-quality customer-facing reports.
