Willmott Dixon is seeking a Senior Social Value Manager to lead social value across our Yorkshire business and drive delivery on major projects. You will work with customers, project teams and the wider Stakeholders to translate priorities into meaningful, measurable outcomes.
As a line manager, you’ll develop the Yorkshire Social Value team, engage stakeholders, and oversee reporting across platforms, including Power BI, ensuring data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a Senior Social Value Manager to lead social value across our growing Yorkshire business, supporting projects throughout West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and the wider region.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their priorities and turn them into meaningful social value plans, focusing our efforts where we can make the biggest difference to local communities.
This is a leadership role where you'll take responsibility for managing and developing our Yorkshire Social Value team, building strong customer relationships and driving delivery. You'll oversee social value across a variety of construction projects, working closely with our customers, project teams, supply chain partners and local stakeholders to ensure our commitments translate into meaningful outcomes.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about social value, highly customer-focused and enjoys working in a busy environment. You'll need to be organised, comfortable managing competing priorities and confident influencing others to get things moving.
Most importantly, you'll recognise the part social value plays in our continued growth, helping strengthen customer relationships, maximise our impact across Yorkshire and make Willmott Dixon a business our customers want to work with again.
We reward our people generously with a competitive salary and a market-leading benefits package that gives you flexible benefits to fit your lifestyle and priorities.
This includes, but is not limited to, an enhanced pension scheme, discounted or fully funded private medical cover, life assurance, incentive bonus and a sustainable car scheme. Applicable roles will also benefit from a motoring expenditure allowance (MEA).
Studies have shown that people often hesitate to apply for new jobs unless they meet every requirement. If you're excited about this role, even if you don't tick every box, we'd encourage you to apply.
We're committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and are proud members of the Disability Confident Scheme.
