Job summary

ADVANCE TRS is seeking a proactive Small Works Services Manager to oversee HVAC, refrigeration & plumbing and heating small works projects across Yorkshire. You will lead surveys, quotations, and on-site execution, coordinating engineers and subcontractors while ensuring safety, budget, and quality targets are met.

The role requires strong client relationship skills and a focus on delivering high standards with commercial awareness. Driving licence is essential for regional travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within HVAC or Building Services sector.
• Experience managing small works or service projects.
• Strong commercial and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC, plumbing and Heating small works projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare quotations.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, materials, and resources.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Monitor project performance and profitability.
