You will lead surveys, quotations, and on-site execution, coordinating engineers and subcontractors while ensuring safety, budget, and quality targets are met.

The role requires strong client relationship skills and a focus on delivering high standards with commercial awareness. Driving licence is essential for regional travel.

Small Works Services Manager (HVAC/Building Services) - Yorkshire

Location: Yorkshire
Salary: 40,000 - 45, 000 + package
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Small Works Services Manager to oversee the delivery of HVAC, refrigeration & plumbing and heating small works projects across the Yorkshire region.

The successful candidate will manage projects from survey and quotation through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with engineers and clients to provide excellent service and identify opportunities for business growth.
