Job summary

Pertemps Kettering is seeking an experienced Contracts and Small Works Manager for our Halifax northern region. You will manage existing contracts and deliver small works up to £50,000, coordinating with clients, subcontractors and engineers to ensure delivery, commercial control, and satisfaction.

The role offers progression and training, a company vehicle with fuel card, mobile, laptop, pension, healthcare, and a clear path to grow within a trusted national HVAC service provider.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC background with exposure to commercial systems.
• Experience managing contracts and delivering small works.
• Familiar with procurement, pricing, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of contracts across the northern region.
• Oversee delivery of planned, reactive, and quoted works.
• Quote, plan, procure and deliver small works up to £50,000.
• Support negotiation and development of new contracts and opportunities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and service reviews.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager and internal teams to ensure standards.
