Job summary

Quay Recruitment Group Ltd is recruiting an Area Sales Manager for a Yorkshire-based territory. The role focuses on growing key NHS and private accounts, developing strategic plans to maximise performance and identify new opportunities across secondary care.

You should bring strong experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with a proven KAM or ASM track record, the ability to influence formulary decisions, and a self-motivated, autonomous approach. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Strong secondary-care pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
• Proven Senior/KAM or Area Sales track record with NHS stakeholders.
• Experience gaining formulary or protocol inclusion is advantageous.
• Excellent account planning, commercial and relationship-building skills.
• Autonomous, proactive and self-motivated with ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business across the Yorkshire territory.
• Build relationships with NHS and private-sector customers.
• Develop strategic account plans to maximise territory performance.
• Identify new opportunities and increase market share.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and decision makers across secondary care.
• Drive formulary and protocol inclusion.
• Promote a specialist pharmaceutical portfolio and sector knowledge.
