Job summary

IQVIA seeks a field-based Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to drive growth in a defined UK territory, concentrating on Primary Care with secondary care exposure. You will shape treatment pathways, deliver compliant product education, and build strong relationships with GPs, nurses, and hospital staff.

A robust plan and NHS understanding are essential. The role requires proven sales experience in Primary Care, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to influence across PCNs and hospital

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative in Primary Care.
• Exposure to Secondary Care is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong understanding of the NHS structure, including PCNs, ICSSs and referral pathways.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined territory.
• Drive adoption through Primary Care while developing influence in Secondary Care.
• Identify, shape and convert local treatment pathways in line with national/regional guidance.
• Deliver high-quality, compliant product education tailored to customer needs.
• Work collaboratively with secondary care stakeholders to support patient identification and pathway development.
• Develop and execute robust territory business plans aligned to national strategy.
