Job summary

Yell Ltd. is seeking a Digital Account Director to manage a premium Yorkshire-based portfolio and drive growth across high-value digital advertising campaigns. You will partner with BDMs and Field Sales to secure referrals while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will own strategy, deliver bespoke solutions, and lead customers to increased spend while aligning with organizational goals and trained onboarding procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing high value digital advertising accounts.
• Demonstrated track record of digital sales performance including new client acquisition.
• Strategic thinker with strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology.
• Resilient and disciplined with the ability to seek testimonials to support client relationships.
• Able to continuously adapt to the digital market and stay informed on competitors.

Responsibilities

• Manage an elite portfolio of customers with annual spend between £8,000 and £70,000.
• Grow spend by delivering premium and bespoke digital advertising solutions.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Manager and BDMs to generate referrals and pipeline opportunities.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for team members and ensure alignment with goals.
• Drive best practices to cultivate a high-performance sales culture.
