Job summary

Yell is seeking a Digital Account Director to cover Yorkshire, based on patch, within the Field Sales channel. You will retain, grow and upsell customer spend into premium digital marketing solutions while sourcing new business and collaborating with BDMs to drive referrals into your pipeline.

Your role focuses on growing clients' digital portfolios and achieving minimum spend thresholds across a wide product range, with strong emphasis on relationship management and strategic selling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in managing high-value digital advertising accounts.
• Proven track record of digital sales performance with existing and new clients.
• Strategic thinker with strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage an elite portfolio of customers with annual spend £8k–£70k.
• Deliver growth sales from premium and bespoke digital products.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Manager and BDMs to drive high-quality referrals.
• Nurture relationships with key stakeholders including Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Lead training and onboarding to align with company goals.
