Job summary

Yell is seeking a Digital Account Director to cover Yorkshire, based on patch, and to retain and grow a portfolio of digital advertising clients. You will develop and upsell bespoke digital solutions, nurture relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate with BDMs to generate referrals and new opportunities.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing high value digital advertising accounts.
Proven track record of digital sales performance and acquisition.
Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology.

Responsibilities

Manage an elite portfolio of customers with annual spend £8k–£70k.
Grow client spend by delivering premium, bespoke digital solutions.
Collaborate with Field Sales Manager and BDMs to drive referrals and opportunities.
Train and onboard new team members and ensure alignment with goals.
Drive best-practice adoption to maintain a high-performance sales culture.
