Job summary

Linear Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Contracts Manager for the Yorkshire region to join a growing house builder. You will lead contracts in the New Build Housing sector, with strong programming and planning responsibilities and solid IT skills.

You will demonstrate excellent management and communication, proactively directing production teams across live sites, including direct labour and subcontractors, delivering projects on time, within budget and safely.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Contracts Manager in the New Build Housing sector.
• Strong planning and programming experience on multiple live construction sites.
• Excellent management and communication skills.
• Ability to direct production teams, including direct labour and subcontractors, to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts across Yorkshire sites for a growing house builder.
• Lead programming and planning of projects and monitor progress against programme.
• Collaborate with site teams, direct labour and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality.
