Job summary

Clearview New Build is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee external installation teams across Yorkshire and the North East. You will coordinate multi-site activities, ensure contract requirements and timelines are met, and maintain safety standards in line with CSCS regulations.

You will lead teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to ongoing site operations and scheduling. A strong background in new build projects and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in contracts management for new build projects.
• CSCS card and health & safety know-how.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage external installation teams across multiple sites.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure contract requirements and deadlines are met.
• Maintain safety compliance and site RAMs and CSCS documentation.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams with clear communication.
• Assist with recruitment and management of fitting teams if required.
• Ensure timely provision of installation dates and site updates.
