Job summary

Linear Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Contracts Manager for the Yorkshire region to join a growing house builder. You will lead contracts in the New Build Housing sector, with strong programming and planning responsibilities and solid IT skills.

You will demonstrate excellent management and communication, proactively directing production teams across live sites, including direct labour and subcontractors, delivering projects on time, within budget and safely.

Duties - Linear Recruitment have a longstanding track record of working with House Builders across the Yorkshire region.

We are happy to be working with a growing House Builder who are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to their Yorkshire region.

We are looking for applicants who have a proven track record working as a Contracts Manager within the New Build Housing sector, who are strong with programming and planning projects, and who has strong IT skills.

Applicants will need to show a track record of excellent management and communication skills with the ability to proactively manage production teams on several live construction sites at any one time, including direct labour and sub-contractor resource and the ability to deliver quality construction projects within budget and programme timescales in a safe environment.
