Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our CityLets residential lettings team in York. You will deliver excellent service while driving business results, with industry-leading training and a clear career ladder.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or sales is preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and IT literacy.

Responsabilités

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiating rental terms and letting agreements.
• Progressing lets through to move-in.
