Job summary

Connells Group, home of opportunity, is seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join the William H Brown lettings team in Rotherham. You will deliver exceptional service to clients while driving rental growth and ensuring successful lets.

Key duties include generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating terms, and progressing lets through to move-in. The role offers industry-leading training, career progression and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Previous lettings or sales experience preferred.
• Generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiating rental terms and agreeing lets.
• Progressing lets through to move-in.
